the basis of the information flow graph of town you can see very clearly that acquis of new customers costs more, is time consuming and difficult to perform. Because it leads to the implication that it makes very much sense to intensify already existing customer relationships.
And the best toolset for providing social media - because people gather around brands that you are a customer or would like to be. And - whoosh - is a relevant business case for social media!
